We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, solutions-driven, and takes pride in delivering quality work and strong customer service.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, package units, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal team
- Complete service tickets, photos, and notes using mobile software
- Maintain a clean and professional job site and company vehicle
- 3+ years HVAC service experience (commercial preferred)
- EPA Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Experience with service software (Field Pulse or similar) is a plus
