Lead commercial and industrial welding and piping operations with a respected DFW mechanical contractor since 1968. Oversee advanced piping systems, mechanical infrastructure, and industrial process piping on challenging, design-build projects.

• Starting at $40+/hr based on experience

• Lead welding operations across multiple commercial/industrial projects
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, and project priorities
• Supervise welding crews to meet specs and quality standards
• Review blueprints, weld maps, and piping drawings
• Monitor weld quality and code compliance
• Mentor welders and foremen, supporting workforce development

• 10+ years welding experience in commercial/industrial environments
• 5+ years leadership experience as foreman, superintendent, or lead welder
• Current 6G Welding Certification (required)
• Advanced stick and MIG welding proficiency
• Ability to read blueprints, weld maps, and specs
• Valid driver's license, insurable record
