Laborer Position

Southwest Construction is looking for experienced laborers to join the team! Job duties include loading concrete on the truck for each job and following all safety guidelines at all times. Workers must install each job using company approved methods and keep a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements include loader operator certification preferred but not required, 1-3 years loader operator experience, a mechanical aptitude, availability to work varied hours as needed to meet our customers' demands, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working under all weather conditions, valid TX driver license is a plus, must pass background check, and must pass drug screen.
