• Competitive Salary: $30‑42 per hour.
• On‑Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on‑call shift.

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts.
• Work with a support team including dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources.
• Operate a fully stocked service van equipped with iPad, iPhone, and necessary PPE.
• Respond to emergency service requests.
• Provide observations of facility mechanical conditions and recommendations for enhancement and repair.
• Assist with facility‑related projects.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• Service and install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Service and install new ice machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on ice machines and refrigeration.
• Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC to determine required repairs.
• Inspect and perform equipment repair and replacements.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and recommend preventive repairs to avoid unplanned downtime.
• Provide observations regarding facility mechanical conditions, deficiencies, and recommendations for repair.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Work on light commercial equipment.

• High School or GED.
• At least 3‑6 years of HVAC experience with demonstrated experience in Commercial HVAC.
• EPA certification required.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must meet enhanced security clearance requirements and pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and travel as required.
• Physical ability: climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., and maneuver in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics.
