Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking Asphalt Plant Laborers to join their team in Dallas, Texas. These individuals will be responsible for supporting daily plant operations, performing maintenance, and ensuring a safe work environment. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a team setting while handling physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Related experience preferred but not required
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
