• Perform commercial HVAC/R service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and related equipment
• Service commercial HVAC equipment ranging from 1–50 tons
• Work on commercial refrigeration systems, gas and oil‑fired boilers, electrical systems, and digital controls
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships
• Follow service standards, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
• Accurately complete work orders and service documentation using mobile and web‑based applications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical school or training program
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and time‑management skills
• Ability to safely operate a service vehicle and navigate tight spaces
• Willingness to learn and work on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Valid Driver’s License
• EPA Certification
• OSHA Certification

• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Keep work areas clean and professional
• Provide personal hand tools, gauges, and meters
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
• Be available for overtime, on‑call rotations, weekends, and holiday coverage as needed
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and core values

• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Ability to walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
• Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
