RDE Capital Group, LLC, a leading commercial real estate broker in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Heating & Cooling licensed “A or B” contractor to join our maintenance service team. The selected candidate specializes in air conditioning installation and service for both residential and commercial.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, safety control verification, heat exchanger inspections, and documentation of operating parameters.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, including thermostats, switches, and related mechanical or electrical components.
- Assist with the installation, modification, relocation, and expansion of HVAC systems by connecting motors, compressors, and temperature and humidity controls according to wiring schematics.
- Receive, manage, and complete work orders while accurately recording labor, materials, and refrigerant usage through electronic systems or handheld devices in compliance with federal regulations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and that work areas are left clean and orderly.
- Maintain company-owned tools, equipment, and inventory, and respond to emergency service calls as required.
- Certified HVAC License A or B
- High school or equivalent
- Commercial HVAC experience
- Clear and valid driver's license
- EPA Certification a plus
- Texas HVAC Technician Registration a plus
- HVAC Trade School degree and OSHA 10 Hour training
- Back Flow License a plus

Preferred- HVAC certification (EPA Universal or Type II).
- Experience overseeing maintenance operations for 500+ units
. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Texas Property Code repair timelines and habitability rules.
