Job Summary
Morley Moss, Inc. is constructing, renovating, and installing electrical systems for data centers, facilities maintenance, and upgrades across the DFW area. We are seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead new construction projects, overseeing field operations, managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Read and interpret prints and schematics
- Bend conduit by hand with hand benders
- Use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches
- Dig trenches by hand or power equipment
- Operate trenchers, backhoes, and lift trucks safely
- Operate two‑handed tools (cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, jack hammers)
- Operate company trucks with manual and automatic transmission
- Read and interpret maps, blueprints, and written instructions
- Operate and work from mechanical lifts (electric or gas)
- Supervise assigned job‑site employees
- Communicate effectively in English (bilingual a plus)
- All other duties as assigned
- Valid TDLR Electrical Journeyman License
- 6+ years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial)
- 2+ years as a foreman
- OSHA 30 certification
- CPR & First Aid certification
- NFPA 70E training
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Move freely and comfortably in various positions, including bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and working overhead or in confined spaces.
- Lifting and carrying materials and tools up to 60 pounds.
- Maintain standing position for long periods while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires.
- Identify and voice Hazards to prevent poor ergonomics or incidents.
- Effective communication in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees and professionals.
The work environment may require working outdoors, exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical and electrical parts, high or precarious places, dust, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme weather, or extended sun exposure. Noise levels are usually moderate to loud. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
