Lead and supervise a team of two facilities technicians; provide training and daily direction;
Plan, schedule, and facilitate all maintenance repairs for the high-rise complex, including resident units and common areas;
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, lighting) and make-ready work for units;
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety standards;
Manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and maintain inventory of tools and parts
