Roofing Foreman

Position Overview

Western Specialty Contractors is hiring a Roofing Foreman in Dallas, TX. The Foreman will lead a branch production team, ensuring work is completed to high standards and customer satisfaction is maintained.

• Lead and supervise employees on the job site.
• Perform a variety of duties that may change frequently while maintaining accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Evaluate information and adhere to measurable standards.
• Identify and mitigate existing and predictable hazards in the work environment.
• Communicate effectively with employees and customers to maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and material instructions.
• Maintain proper standing, walking, lifting, and climbing of materials and equipment.
• Work at heights, extreme temperatures, and wear required safety equipment.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a roofing or related trade; experience in concrete or masonry preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills sufficient to comprehend and explain safety policies and material instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for supervising staff and customer interaction.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and scaffolds, and possess adequate vision.
• Capability to work at heights, in extreme temperatures, and wear company safety equipment.

• Competitive wage (US Pay Range: 28–33 per hour).
