BH Management, LLC seeks a Service Technician III to support maintenance and safety across our properties in Dallas, TX. You will perform HVAC and appliance repairs, complete make-readies for move-ins, and assist with preventive maintenance programs while maintaining inventory of repair supplies.
The role requires reliable hands-on skills, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to work with the team in a fast-paced environment, including on-call duties and overtime as needed.
