Wet Utilities Foreman

The Wet Utilities Foreman oversees and coordinates utility pipeline installation and maintenance activities. This role ensures compliance with construction procedures, specifications, and schedules while leading on‑site teams in both public and private sector projects.

• Supervise and direct on‑site crews, ensuring adherence to schedules and procedures.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress for efficiency and quality.
• Identify and implement improvements in work methods and scheduling.
• Hire, train, and mentor laborers and equipment operators.
• Collaborate with supervisory staff to resolve operational challenges.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of construction equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DOT, OSHA, and MSHA standards.
• Address delays, weather‑related issues, and emergencies as they arise.
• Operate heavy equipment when necessary.
• Maintain daily logs of labor, equipment, and materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
