Pay depending on experience
Work Schedule:
7:00am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | On call every 5 weeks | occasional overtime
Job Duties:
* Perform on-demand service, diagnostic and repairs on residential and light commercial heating & AC equipment
* Annual and routine maintenance
* 80% Residential service & maintenance, and 20% Light Commercial mainly rooftop units
* Educate customers on repairs, upgrades, IAQ accessories, and replacement options

Qualifications:
* 3 + years of field experience as an HVAC Service Technician
* EPA Universal Certification required
* NATE Certification(s) or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
* State Technician's Card (Department of Licensing & Regulation) required
* Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills across a wide range of residential HVAC systems
* Proficient in HVAC system design and ductwork modification
* Solid understanding of low-voltage HVAC systems
* Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
