About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Lead Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. You'll oversee complete bathroom renovation projects from demo to final walkthrough, ensuring every detail meets our premium quality standards.
Responsibilities- Lead bathroom remodel projects from start to finish
- Manage and mentor installation team members
- Coordinate with project managers on timelines and materials
- Ensure all work meets building codes and company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Maintain clean, safe job sites
- 5+ years of bathroom remodeling experience
- Proficiency in tile installation, plumbing rough-in, and finish carpentry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
