We're looking for an experienced Tile Setter to join our installation team. You'll work on bathroom, kitchen, and flooring projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Install tile on floors, walls, back splashes, and shower surrounds
- Prepare surfaces including leveling, waterproofing, and substrate installation
- Cut and shape tile using wet saws and hand tools
- Mix and apply thin-set, grout, and sealers
- Ensure precise layout and pattern alignment
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- 3+ years of tile installation experience
- Proficiency with wet saws, hand tools, and leveling systems
- Experience with waterproofing systems (Kerdi, Red Gard, etc.)
- Knowledge of various tile types and installation methods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various positions
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
