We're seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Technician to join our renovation team. You'll install luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials in residential projects across the DFW metroplex.
Responsibilities- Install LVP, hardwood, tile, and laminate flooring
- Prepare subfloors including leveling and moisture barriers
- Remove existing flooring when required
- Measure and cut materials with precision
- Ensure proper expansion gaps and transitions
- Complete projects on schedule with minimal callbacks
- 2+ years of flooring installation experience
- Proficiency with LVP, hardwood, and tile installation
- Experience with subfloor preparation and repair
- Ability to operate flooring tools and equipment
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, and lift materials
- Reliable transportation
