We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the plumbing department, dispatch jobs to plumbers in the field, and create quotes for jobs involving multi-family and some single-family residential properties.
You should be a licensed plumber or possess extensive plumbing knowledge, with a strong commitment to quality. A team player who can work independently, takes pride in completing jobs efficiently, and maintains a positive attitude is essential.
Responsibilities- Oversee plumbing technicians in the field
- Communicate with clients regarding jobs and quotes
- Close jobs after work orders and expenses are completed
- Prepare quotes for clients
- Interact professionally with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
- Plumbing knowledge required; licensing not necessary
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
- Team player
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
