Holland-Roofing in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to support our Dallas RMM (Service) division. This hands-on role leads a small crew (1–2) and personally performs leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs.
You will diagnose leaks on EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal and related systems, supervise on-site work, document conditions, and coordinate with building owners and facility managers.
