Lennox is hiring Apprentice Commercial HVAC Installers. Apprentices will travel nationally, working under Crew Leader supervision on teams of 4–6 members. The role is hourly and non-exempt, with overtime paid for hours over 40 per week.
Starting pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on geography and qualifications. Benefits include tuition reimbursement and health, dental, and vision insurance. Candidates must have 1 year of trade experience or be under a Journeyman/Master HVAC
