Dallas, TX
An established AV systems integrator is looking for an experienced Lead AV Technician to join its growing Dallas team.
This is an opportunity to work on a range of commercial AV projects, leading installation teams and delivering high quality audio visual solutions across corporate, education and government environments.
Responsibilities- Lead AV installations on customer sites
- Install, configure and troubleshoot professional AV systems
- Program and commission Crestron and AMX control systems
- Build and wire equipment racks
- Install and terminate Cat5e, Cat6 and AV cabling
- Carry out testing, commissioning and system calibration
- Supervise installation teams and maintain project quality
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors
- Complete project documentation and site reports
- 4+ years commercial AV installation experience
- Previous experience leading installation teams
- Strong knowledge of Crestron and AMX systems
- Experience with conferencing, digital signage and presentation systems
- Confident reading technical drawings
- Good networking knowledge
- CTS I or CTS D desirable but not essential
- Valid driver's licence
- Medical, dental and vision insurance
