ResponsibilitiesAs an Onsite Service Engineer you provide frontline support in key operational activities including installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products. You focus on safety and quality, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, work in a fast‑paced and demanding environment, and continuously develop your technical skills. You take ownership for delivering high‑quality work, remain cool under pressure, and use our processes, systems and network to solve challenges.
Required Qualifications Education Level- High School Diploma.
- Prefer an AS degree (full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).
- 1‑3 years of equivalent experience in a technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum. Ideally with customer‑facing experience.
- Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and time frames.
- Self‑directed ability to understand and resolve problems, escalating through appropriate channels when required.
- Proactively seeks customer feedback to understand their business.
- Ability to share technical expertise and coach less experienced team members.
- Collaborates and supports team members to deliver company objectives.
- Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety and health obligations.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with clear speaking and hearing.
- Proficient in using computer software to record data and write reports.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work, e.g., technical drawings.

This position is onsite, supporting customers in Texas Instruments.
