What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Foreman, you'll be responsible for coordinating field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Project Superintendent and other trades to coordinate daily operations.
  • Managing assigned scopes of work, including labor, materials, and productivity.
  • Leading, supervising, mentoring, and motivating field personnel.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship on every project.
  • Utilizing company-provided technology, including tablets and smartphones, to manage documentation, communication, and project progress.
  • Identifying and resolving field issues while keeping projects on schedule.
  • Building positive working relationships with project teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience supervising commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing field crews and assigned scopes on large commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Working knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and construction safety regulations.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Active Journeyman or Master Mechanical/HVAC License preferred.
  • Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and basic computer software for project documentation and communication.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
