Responsibilities include completing maintenance work orders, apartment make-ready tasks, diagnosing HVAC systems, repairing plumbing, maintaining pool equipment, and responding to on-call emergencies.
A dependable, proactive candidate with basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge and apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
