Lead Electrical Crews and Deliver High-Quality Projects

Are you an experienced electrical leader looking for an opportunity to take ownership of major commercial projects? We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations, lead skilled teams, and ensure electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Working closely with the Project Superintendent and other trades to coordinate field operations.
  • Managing manpower, materials, and daily production activities to meet project goals and schedules.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and motivating electrical team members.
  • Promoting and enforcing high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
  • Utilizing company-provided technology, including tablets and smartphones, to improve communication, documentation, and project efficiency.
  • Resolving field issues and ensuring projects exceed customer expectations.
  • Supporting a positive, collaborative, and productive job site environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing electrical scopes on large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to complete project documentation.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
