Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager;
Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks;
Carpentry tasks including wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass and door/lock repairs;
Execute preventative maintenance (siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, etc.);
Maintain work order system and ensure resident satisfaction; assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance; uphold safety/risk management policies
