Superintendent, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Job Title

The company is seeking individuals with experience in heavy commercial/industrial construction to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading blueprints, electrical systems, circuits, and plans
• Utilizing blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturers' installation manuals to complete assigned projects
• Scheduling material and equipment to complete assigned projects
• Remaining in compliance with current National and Local Electric Codes
• Installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
• Managing and leading multiple crews
• Overseeing all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocating resources for assigned projects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications include:

• Must have 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Superintendent
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer literacy
• Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Willingness to travel is highly desirable
• Applicant must be able to pass an electrical aptitude test, background check, and drug screening
• Tiltwall construction is a plus
• Cold Storage experience is a plus
• Data Center experience is a plus
• Distribution Center experience is a plus
• Variable Frequency VFD
• MCC Motor Control
• 480 Volt
• NFPA 70 E
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
