What you'll do:

  • Install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment at customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and sales offices.
  • Utilize hand tools and advanced test equipment, such as multimeters, to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address maintenance and operational challenges.
  • Provide hands-on training to customers, ensuring they maximize the efficiency of their machinery.
  • Offer in-house phone troubleshooting support and assist customers with technical inquiries.
  • Tackle unique challenges with creative, problem-solving solutions on the fly.
  • Travel extensively across the nation, working in diverse environments and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and professional service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

What we're looking for:

  • Self-motivated professionals who thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for efficient documentation and communication.
  • Expert knowledge of electromechanical systems and supplied machinery.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest effective solutions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time (typically one-week trips, occasionally up to two weeks).
