At Tri-State Water, Power & Air, we don't just install generators, we help homeowners protect what matters most. As a Residential Electrician on our Generator Installation Team, you'll lead residential standby generator installations, completing electrical connections, automatic transfer switch (ATS) installations, and service upgrades with precision, professionalism, and pride.
This is a full-time position offering $26-$30 per hour, based on experience
, with consistent work, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to be part of a growing team that values quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Lead electrical installations for whole-home standby generators and ATS systems
- Complete wiring, conduit, panel upgrades, and service installations in accordance with code
- Troubleshoot, test, and verify installations to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Work closely with plumbers, installers, and homeowners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Accurately complete job documentation and communicate project updates
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent residential electrical experience)
- Experience with residential wiring, electrical panels, and service upgrades
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Safety-focused with a strong attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
