The AC Duct Cleaner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining air conditioning ducts and related ventilation components in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting duct systems, using appropriate tools and cleaning equipment, removing dust and debris, and ensuring systems are free from visible contaminants. The AC Duct Cleaner will follow safety protocols, document work performed, communicate clearly with clients about service findings, and coordinate with supervisors or technicians for any additional maintenance needs.

The role may also involve assisting with basic HVAC system checks and supporting other field staff as required.

• Strong practical skills in basic mechanical work, use of hand tools, and operation of cleaning equipment for HVAC or duct systems.
• Knowledge of ventilation and AC duct components, and ability to follow standard cleaning and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail, ability to identify issues such as blockages, damage, or excessive buildup in ducts.
• Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in confined spaces.
• Clear verbal communication skills for discussing findings with clients and team members, and basic record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work on-site independently and as part of a team, with reliable time management and professionalism.
• Previous experience in AC duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or a related field is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certifications in HVAC or duct cleaning are a plus.
