Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
Shift: 5:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday. Work long hours and call-ins as needed

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
- Performing maintenance and sanitation duties on production lines according to SOPs and supervisor direction.
- Creating, maintaining, and programming robot and automation controls for all equipment.
- Implementing automation opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting robotic, control, safety control, and industrial network systems (Ethernet, Control Net, Device Net, Profibus).
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24
VDC. - Assisting with mechanical maintenance, including disassembly and reassembly of production equipment.
- Setting up production lines for specific products and making necessary adjustments.
- Performing repairs on plant equipment such as fillers, pumps, tanks, valves, and conveyors.
- Logging all work in daily work orders and/or the CMMS.
- Performing carpentry, painting, and basic facility repairs as needed.
- Operating scissor lifts and performing work in confined spaces as required.
- Ordering equipment parts and communicating corrective/preventive maintenance issues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, food and drug regulations, GMPs, and company policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have strong mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.
- Possess knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Are familiar with MIG and TIG welding, as well as maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Have carpentry skills and the ability to read and understand schematics, manuals, building plans, and safety regulations.
- Can work long hours and respond to call-ins as needed.
- Are comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights using lifts.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance and work effectively in a team environment.
- Value safety and compliance in all tasks.
