Maintenance HVAC Technician

Fath Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance HVAC Technician to support our multifamily apartment communities. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests to ensure resident comfort. You will also assist with general building repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and seasonal maintenance tasks. Working within a resident-focused, team-oriented culture, you'll communicate professionally with residents and staff, document work orders, uphold safety and compliance standards, and help maintain clean, well-functioning communities for long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems in multifamily communities
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Respond to resident service requests and emergency maintenance calls
• Assist with general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts used, and completed repairs
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance team on priorities and scheduling
• Conduct seasonal maintenance such as filter changes and system start-up/shut-down
• Maintain tools, equipment, and mechanical rooms in clean, safe condition
• Provide professional, courteous communication and service to residents and teammates
