Direct and coordinate daily activities of technicians onsite;
Perform rack assembly, equipment mounting, cable installation, wire terminations, and system testing;
Read and interpret AV drawings, schematics, floor plans, and cable schedules;
Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and installation standards
