Journeyman Plumber

Yellowstone Local is looking for qualified professionals for current and upcoming Journeyman Plumber opportunities with leading home service companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.

• Pay: Approximately $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the hiring company

• Work on current or upcoming Journeyman Plumber opportunities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, service, and install plumbing systems and components

• Perform residential and/or commercial plumbing service and repair, depending on the hiring company

• Work with water supply lines, drain and sewer systems, water heaters, toilets, fixtures, piping, and related plumbing equipment

• Identify plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions

• Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding plumbing issues, recommended solutions, and completed work

• Complete service documentation and job-related paperwork as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

• Additional responsibilities will vary based on the specific employer and opportunity

• Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience preferred for Journeyman-level opportunities

• Current Texas Journeyman Plumber License or other applicable Texas plumbing license required for Journeyman Plumber positions

• Valid driver's license

• Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems

• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing plumbing systems

• Familiarity with plumbing codes and standard safety practices

• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with professional plumbing work

• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

• Ability to work independently and as part of a service team
