• Ability to efficiently use hand tools and power tools, from trimming equipment to small machinery.

• Work under the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers to get the job done
• Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks like trimming, digging, and maintaining commercial landscapes
• Keep commercial landscapes looking sharp by performing regular maintenance
• Work with your team to get things done efficiently and safely
• Take care of equipment, materials, and uniforms
• Stay on top of training and certifications as needed
• Follow Clean Scapes’ safety rules – we keep safety top of mind
• Other tasks as needed to get the job done right

• Some landscaping or construction experience is great, but a strong desire to learn and grow is key
• Ability to efficiently and safely use various hand tools and power tools
• You need reliable transportation to get to the job site or office
• Ability to handle physical work and be out in the Texas heat

• The job involves lifting, bending, and working with heavy equipment in all kinds of weather
• You’ll need to be aware of safety when handling machinery and tools
