Licensed Journeyman Electrician Dallas, TX

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Journeyman Electrician to perform electrical duties at large utility‑scale solar sites. The initial assignment will be on the Big Creek solar project in Wheatley, Arkansas, with opportunities to travel to other states for several years of pipelined projects.

• Conduct electrical duties at utility‑scale solar sites.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to support project success.
• Travel to different states as required by project needs.

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Arkansas or a reciprocal state with a valid journeyman card.
• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.

• Solar experience is a plus but not required.

Outdoor solar construction site. Work schedule is Monday through Saturday with opportunities for 5–20 hours of overtime. The role offers hands‑on experience in solar energy projects.

• Salary: $83,200 per year (fixed).

• Subsidized $600 taxable subsistence allowance.
• Potential 2% raise after 30 successful workdays.

Permanent position based in Wheatley, Arkansas. The role requires travel to multiple states and is fully onsite.
