Commercial Roofing Foreman

The Commercial Roofing Foreman is responsible for supervising crew activities, coordinating project timelines, enforcing safety practices, and ensuring quality workmanship. This leadership role requires strong communication skills, roofing system expertise, and the ability to manage job-site operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage commercial roofing crews on job sites

Ensure proper installation and repair of roofing systems, including:

Single-ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC)
Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
Roof Coating Systems Enforce all safety procedures, including fall protection and OSHA standards

Operate heavy equipment as needed

Coordinate materials, labor, and job-site activities to maintain project efficiency

Conduct job-site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance

Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

Minimum 3 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews

Extensive knowledge of multiple roofing systems and safety practicesOSHA certification preferred but not required

Proficient in operating heavy equipment

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirements

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
