Eskola, LLC - Dallas, Texas | Full-Time | $20.00 - $30.00 / hour (Based on Qualifications & Experience)

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for a motivated Waterproofing Laborer to join our Dallas, Texas team! You'll assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing and waterproofing systems, working under the guidance of an experienced Foreman and crew.

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen) and waterproofing solutions
• Carry and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• Prepare and clean work areas, keeping sites free of hazards and debris
• Lay materials, apply adhesives, and assist with heat-welding seams as directed
• Operate basic tools such as cutters, rollers, and roofing torches
• Assist setting up and tearing down scaffolding, ladders, and safety harness systems
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

• Roofing, waterproofing, or construction experience preferred, not required — training provided
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to work well in a team
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment
• Comfortable working at heights, lifting heavy materials, and working outdoors in varying weather
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

• Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, or other waterproofing materials
• Aerial lift and forklift certification
• OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in a fast-paced commercial roofing environment
