Room Ready is expanding our Service team. An AV Service Technician is responsible for technical accuracy and completion of all service calls. Daily activities include responding to service calls and tickets to ensure the best customer experience possible when receiving RR services.
Additionally, will be responsible for onsite surveys for upcoming installations. Overnight travel frequently, up to 60%. The ideal candidate would be located in the Dallas, TX area.
