No specialized degree or Powersports experience required-bring your basic skills, tools, and work ethic, and we will train you to service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-side, and watercraft.

• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
• Building/ setting up new machines as they are needed--from pontoons to PWCs
• Tires, batteries and basic service work
• Vehicle inspections and setup
• Entry-level mechanical repairs
• Learning diagnostics and more advanced repairs as your skills develop
• Working alongside experienced Powersports technicians
• Receiving paid OEM and factory training

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• No MMI degree required.
• No years of dealership experience required.
• No previous Powersports experience required.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises - including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas, while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
