Our Dallas service team needs a dependable Junior Repair Handyman who is hungry to learn from seasoned pros. You will assist on two to three service calls each day, handling prep work, material runs, and finish details so the crew can move quickly.
Responsibilities:- Complete light carpentry, paint touch-ups, caulking, and hardware replacements.
- Stage materials, keep work areas clean, and handle debris disposal per client requirements.
- Update job tickets with materials used and time on s it.
- Communicate schedule changes or delays to dispatch in real time.
- 2+ years of handyman, facilities, or construction helper experience.
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools with the ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to travel between metro job sites.
- Professional communication skills when interacting with store managers.
- Tool stipend renewed every six months.
- Paid holidays and 15 days of PTO.
- Weekly direct deposit with hourly overtime opportunities.
- Tuition assistance for trade certifications.
