Holland Roofing in Dallas is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to support our Dallas RMM (Service) division. This is a hands-on service role, leading a small crew (1-2) while performing leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs.
This is not a production-only role and not a training position. The role requires diagnosing and repairing leaks across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems, while training crew members and staying hands-on.
