City Wide invests heavily in our culture to provide the safest working environment possible. We offer training and, over time, the opportunity to learn high‑paid skills like rope access and lift certifications.

• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0-100 degrees
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 20 feet
• Clean appearance
• Self‑motivated, coachable

• Quality orientation
• Exterior window cleaning using long poles, ladders, and water‑fed poles
• Interior window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• Window cleaning experience

Monday‑Friday and some Saturdays.

• Earning potential starts at up to $700‑850 per week for training, depending on experience and qualifications
• After training, qualified techs are compensated hourly plus bonuses with earning potential of $850+ per week
