Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring Experienced Riggers to support equipment unloading, staging, movement, and final placement for a large-scale data center/
industrial equipment installation project in the Dallas and Austin, TX areas
.

This role will assist with moving heavy equipment safely through facility spaces, supporting inspections, documentation, staging, and final positioning. The ideal candidate has hands‑on rigging or heavy equipment movement experience and is comfortable working in fast‑paced project environments.

Type: Full‑Time | Project‑Based / Contract

Pay Rate: $34/hr

Schedule: Full‑Time | Schedule subject to project needs

Start Date: ASAP

• Assist with unloading, unpacking, staging, and moving heavy equipment.
• Support safe transport of equipment from staging areas to designated facility locations.
• Use rigging tools, pallet jacks, tugger equipment, and other approved equipment movement tools.
• Help inspect equipment for visible damage before and after transport.
• Follow detailed staging protocols and site movement procedures.
• Assist with tracking serial numbers, equipment documentation, and required records.
• Support final equipment placement, leveling, positioning, and alignment.
• Assist with baying operations and connecting adjacent equipment as required.
• Communicate field issues, access concerns, equipment conditions, or safety risks to the Head Rigger or project lead.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the project.
• Follow all PPE, safety, and site‑specific procedures.
• Perform additional rigging, equipment movement, and installation support duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of rigging, heavy equipment moving, construction, industrial installation, data center, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• Experience moving large racks, cabinets, machinery, or heavy equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with rigging tools, pallet jacks, tugger equipment, dollies, rollers, or similar equipment movement tools.
• Comfortable working around heavy loads and following strict safety procedures.
• Able to follow directions from rigging leads and project supervisors.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable walking long distances and working in large facility environments.
• Able to stand, lift, push, pull, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to project sites in the Dallas/Austin areas.
• OSHA 10 preferred.
• Forklift, rigging, signal person, or related certifications are a plus.
