We're looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing service team. You'll dispatch directly from home, work on diverse commercial equipment, and enjoy the support of an established organization that invests in its technicians.

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment throughout the DFW area.
Responsibilities- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues
- Perform equipment startups, commissioning support, and warranty service
- Troubleshoot rooftop units, split systems, package units, and related equipment
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Complete digital work orders and service documentation accurately
- Communicate findings and recommendations professionally with customers
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Maintain company safety and quality standards
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
Additional overtime opportunities may be available, including occasional evenings and weekends.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Commercial HVAC experience preferred
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Familiarity with rooftop units, split systems, and package equipment
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work from ladders and operate aerial or scissor lifts safely
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Experience working in healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities
- Building automation or controls experience
- Trade school training or manufacturer certifications
