Barnett Signs is looking for an experienced
Install Foremanto lead and support our field crews across North Texas. You’ll make sure our teams leave prepared, work safely, and complete quality installations.
- Pre-Trip Readiness— Crews, trucks, materials, equipment, and job information ready to go
- Field Leadership— Coach Install Leads and Apprentices and support jobs in the field
- Safety— Reinforce safe installation, rigging, and equipment practices
- Quality & Completion— Inspect work and ensure jobs are completed right the first time
- Problem Solving— Troubleshoot field issues and keep crews moving
- Equipment & Materials— Make sure crews have what they need and company equipment is cared for
- 5+ years of sign installation experience
- Valid CDL required
- Experience leading crews and running sign installations
- Strong knowledge of cranes, bucket trucks, lifts, rigging, and jobsite safety
- Dependable leader who communicates well, thinks ahead, and holds a high standard
- Steady, year-round work
- Consistent hours and reasonable drive times
