Fence Installer

We're hiring full-time Fence Installers to join our crew. This is a hands-on, outdoors role for someone who likes building things, taking pride in their work, and seeing a finished project at the end of the day.

You'll be on a 2-3 person crew installing wood, wrought iron, chain link, and pipe fencing for homeowners and businesses. We supply the truck, tools, and materials - you bring the work ethic.

This is a high-growth opportunity. Our top installers move up to crew lead within 12-18 months.

• Dig post holes (auger or hand-dig) and set posts in concrete

• Build and install fence panels - wood, ornamental iron, chain link

• Hang gates and install hardware

• Load and unload materials at the warehouse and on-site

• Maintain tools, equipment, and the company truck

• Communicate with the crew lead and homeowners on-site

• Clean up the job site at the end of each day

• Reliable transportation to our yard each morning

• Valid driver's license

• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather

• Comfortable using power tools (drills, saws, augers)

• Positive attitude - we're a small team and culture matters

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

• Fence or construction experience preferred but not required for the right person

• Weekly pay, direct deposit
