Job Description - Coordinator I, Resource Center (226 Days) (RTP) Job Description Description

  • Conduct initial assessments of clients' situations to determine needs and goals.
  • Research and advocate for appropriate public assistance resources for clients and refer individuals to appropriate treatment centers, as indicated.
  • Ensure that all case files, and other records, strictly comply with policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Coordinate treatment / services planning and maintaining ongoing contact with outpatient providers for the continual care of patients.
  • Communicate and collaboratively assist with administration of grants, initiatives, and programs.
  • Provide quarterly check-ins with current partners at the resource center and create reports on impact .
  • Coordinate and developing outreach activities monthly such as open houses.
  • Develop content for web-based and print materials used for education and outreach, such as press releases, brochures, and web resources and ensure appropriate marketing .
  • Compile and maintain all required physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents for any project or activities.
  • Provide administrative support to resource center.
Qualifications
  • Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency);
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 plus years experience in community engagement.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in program management.
  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of community resilience and public relations.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and close partnerships with different agencies, businesses, nonprofits, and other community organizations.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, provide meaningful feedback, advocate for students, and model professional development for campus personnel.
