Full-Time | On-Site | M-F

Hourly Rate: $18/hr-$24/hr

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation (BSW Rehab) is a nationally recognized joint venture between Baylor Scott & White Health and Select Medical. With 2,800 employees, BSW Rehab is the leading provider of post-acute rehab services in North and Central Texas, offering a variety of settings to care for patients who’ve experienced strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and a wide range of other life‑altering illnesses and injuries.

Our enterprise includes four inpatient rehab hospitals, 100+ outpatient clinics, a home health division, and neuro‑transitional centers. We also manage the acute therapy and inpatient rehab units for Baylor Scott & White Health’s North Texas acute care hospitals.

The HR Assistant position supports a wide range of HR activities across all of BSW Rehab.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for the clerical and secretarial duties of the Human Resources department. You may also provide support to the CEO and other departments, as needed.

  • Clerical responsibilities, such as typing, filing, and compiling records.
  • You must have word processing skills and the ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 years work experience in Human Resources field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required

Preferred Experience

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
