Job Overview

Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist Assistant - McKinney, Texas.

• Provide in‑home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients’ families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (other therapy disciplines, physicians, nurses) to develop holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the healthcare team.
• Actively participate in care plan reviews with team leads/supervisors to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies.

• Current, valid Texas SLP Assistant License (no clinical deficiency).
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification.
