We are looking for a full-time Permanency Supervisor to join our team. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university with 4 years of full-time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Permanency staff assigned to the area.
  • Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Services Program.
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings and coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services.
  • Directly or through subordinates perform duties related to Permanency Services.
  • Interact routinely with clients, judges, attorneys, children, school personnel and other aspects of the community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • 4 years of full-time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency.
  • Compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to helping families in times of crisis to build on their strengths and connect them with community resources.
  • Desire to advocate for children and their families.
